Who is Eligible to Participate?
Among the challenges of our participants they commonly:
- Are frail and/or impaired
- Have varying degrees of Alzheimer’s disease or forms of dementia
- Are stroke patients
- Have Parkinson’s disease
- Cannot be left unsupervised due to mental or physical challenges
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Require supervision with daily medications
- Will benefit from a safe and secure environment in a warm and encouraging setting
Our Services include:
- Individualized care plans based on medical, health and social needs
- Care for incontinent individuals
- Continuous medical monitoring and documentation by a registered nurse
- Monthly check of weight, blood pressure, pulse and respiration
- Glucose monitoring
- Supervised medication
- Socialization with staff, other participants, and volunteers
- Therapeutic walking assistance
- Structured daily activities
- Snacks and a hot lunch
- Personal assistance with daily needs

Activities and Therapy Programs
R A T E S:
Weekly Rate: $61 per day, $305 per week for full-time participants (Monday – Friday)
3-4 Days Per Week Rate:$63 per day, $189 per week (3 ); $252 per week (4)
2 Days Per Week Rate: $65 per day, $130 per week
Minimum 2 days per week required attendance
