Acrylic Paint and Salt

The beauty and shine of money pops off of this canvas with the bright yellow circle being dabbed on to look like coins. The participants started this work of art by painting a shade of purple across the entire canvas and then salt was sprinkled at the top of the canvas to give a sense of texture in a subtle and delicate manner. A shade of purple and light pink were painted over the salt giving it the appearance of a beautiful sunset in the background.
