Rebecca G. Morrison, Psychologist-Vice-President
I am a clinical psychologist specializing in health and wellness as well as psychotherapy for issues such as depression, anxiety, and trauma history. I particularly enjoy working with patients who have chronic health issues and their family members/caretakers. Born and raised in Winchester, VA and Inwood, WV areas, my love of family, friends and community have kept me close to home. I am active in the community and stay busy with my nine-year-old twins.

I am a CPA and managing partner of Hottel & Willis, P.C., located in downtown Winchester, Virginia. I have spent over 16 years with the firm. I am an active member of the Winchester Rotary Club, and of St. Joseph Catholic Church. I reside in Martinsburg, WV with my husband, Larry, and our son, Nick. I have been involved with the Adult Care Center since 2001. |

Jeannie Shiley, NHA, CASP
I am the President and Chief Executive Officer at Shenandoah Valley Westminster-Canterbury. SVWC is a lifecare retirement community located in Winchester, VA. I attend Paynes Chapel United Methodist Church and am a member of the Winchester Rotary Club. I am a graduate of Shepherd College with a bechelor's degree in accounting and am a certified aging services professional. My favorite thing is spending time with my family especially my grandchildren. I live in Bunker Hill, WV with my husband of 31 years. |

I have been the chairman of the fundraising committee at the Adult Care Center for three years. I am a retired Speech Language Pathologist. I volunteer at the Center one to two times a week helping with activities including the Music Program. I am very active in my church, Braddock Street United Methodist Church. I have two grown sons and a granddaughter in California and two cats that keep me company.

David Booth, PT
I have lived in the area since 1978. I got married in 1980 and had our one and only child, a son, in 1984. In 1989 when he started kindergarten, I decided to go to college. I was in the first Physical Therapy class at Shenandoah University, graduated in 1993, and have been a practicing therapist since. I love my work! I have twin four year old grandsons and another one on the way. I truly appreciate all that the Adult Care Center does for our community and am happy to be a part of it!

Ann B. Colson, RN, CCRN, BSN I am married with two grown children, and two grandchildren. I have lived in this area most of my life. After 40 years, I have recently retired as a registered nurse from the Winchester Medical Center ICU. I have two siblings, Sally Booth Stryker and David Booth, aslo members of this board!

Dr. Mariecken Fowler, Neurologist
I head the Memory Care Clinic of Winchester Neurological Consultants and am one of three Neurologists in the U.S. who is triple boarded in: Neurology, Behavioral/Cognitive Neurology, and Neuroimaging. In my free time I enjoy running with friends (including a yearly half marathon), traveling, and relaxing with my husband Jeff, 2 sons and golden retriever, "Dutch". |
