Who is Eligible to Participate?

Among the challenges of our participants they commonly:

  • Are frail and/or impaired
  • Have varying degrees of Alzheimer's Disease or forms of Dementia
  • Are stroke patients
  • Have Parkinson's Disease
  • Cannot be left unsupervised due to mental or physical challenges
  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Require supervision with daily medications
  • Benefit from a safe and secure environment in a warm and encouraging setting

Rates:

Weekly Rate:

$59 per day, $295 per week for full-time participants (Monday - Friday)

3-4 Days Per Week Rate:
$61 per day, $183 per week (3 ); $244 per week (4)
2 Days Per Week Rate:
$63 per day, $126 per week

Minimum 2 days per week required attendance

The Adult Care Center is a medicaid provider and is a facility approved by the Veteran's Administraton.
